Happy Monday!
It’s a Marvelous Monday because I went to the beach on Saturday!
Saturday I woke up early, got my run in, had my beloved yogurt bowl with Cinnamon Puffins, and headed to the Jersey Shore with my Sister and our friend. I’m proud to say that my paleness is slowly fading to a nice summer tan 
We hung out on the beach for over 4 hours just chatting—gossiping about people we can’t stand, school, boys, all that jazz hahaha.. I think this is going to have to be a common thing this summer since the beach was just so nice and kinda like an escape form all the drama that happened this past week**
The beach was so nice and cool out that we didn’t get hot at all.. but I think this made us forget about staying hydrated and realizing that the sun was going to wear us out haha I passed out at like 9 that night!
Before the drive home, we stopped at this ice cream place and I got a vanilla/chocolate twist.. haven’t had that in years—I’m not really a huge ice cream person, but am used to the store kind my parents get.

Funny story actually.. on the way back to my car, we were walking down the street and couldn’t find it anywhere. Panic sank in when my Sister asked me if I had to pay… because I didn’t. So there I was, freaking out, walking all around the streets thinking that my car was towed and how I was going to break the news to my Dad.
Then my Sister realized we were a street too soon and we found my car LOL I had never been so happy to see my little Civic before.

Sunday we celebrated Father’s Day by giving my Dad a giant cookie cake and some kitten cookies for his babies haha we’re such cat people, it’s crazy.
He wasn’t expecting that so he was a happy camper, especially since he loves sweets.
Funny story, when I went to put the cake order in on Friday night the woman didn’t understand what the word “world” meant.. I had to write it out lol maybe it was my accent? lol
I was kinda scared to see what it would say when I picked it up though 
It came out ok.. she completely messed up “worlds” and wrote “world” or “wuld”—either way it was a good cookie cake that we dug into before I could snap a picture 
But I did get a picture of my nails! I decided to embrace the inner 12 year old in me and do a multi color theme

**There’s been a lot of drama in my life lately—enough to make me delete my Facebook, and some changes are going to have to be made.. I’m slowly making these changes and will let you all know as soon as I can – with a further explanation of course lol
Now I just need to figure out how to comment with it and that’d be perfect!
Gotta scope out and find me a sexy surfer man 
I actually forgot how much I liked yogurt with fruit and cereal for breakfast… so it’s been a nice change of things.
