This post is going to be short and sweet… like me ![]()
Got in super late last night and after not eating anything all day—seriously, they had like 1 salad option and it wasn’t even a lot of food!
– I just needed to shower, eat, and go to sleep.
Meaning today you have a very tired Rachel coming to you!
But really… I’m pretty sure I look like a zombie right about now. All night I had motion sickness too—but I’ll get into that later ![]()
Workout
Although I was super tired last night, I managed to get up at my usual hour and workout—I know, I’m just a wee bit crazy ![]()
I did a short run… and by short I mean 3 miles, so yea, not really short, but I’m glad I did it because it woke me up and got me sweating ![]()
Breakfast
I started the day with a Green Smoothie! Woohoo!
I loooove green smoothies, they always make me feel more energetic! I’m hoping it helps me stay awake at work today ![]()
Into the Magic Bullet:
1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk
1 scoop Sunwarrior Protein
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 cup kefir
3/4 cup blueberries
Handful of kale

Blend away and there you have it!
