Finally!
I watched Disney’s Oceans! ![]()

Pretty much, it was awesome. I love documentaries, especially ones about the ocean, so it was a no brainer that I was going to love this one.
Penguins came on the screen at one point and Boyfriend laughed asking if I was the one that was scared of penguins. It’s not that I’m scared of them, it’s just that they tried to abduct me as a young child ![]()
He thought this was very funny and proceeded to search for penguins on his phone.
This was also done while he was watching youtube videos of the roller coasters I went on this past Sunday
… he says he’s going to go on a few next time we go… but we’ll see how that goes. I’m thinking of starting him off small with the log flume and go from there ![]()
Workout
Last night I realized I was drinking loads of water, which left me with a water baby! Woohoo!
It’s been really hot and dry here lately so I’ve been retaining water.. which is just not fun.
So I planned for today to be a long run day… this was cut short from the black cloud hovering over me. I kept it to 2 miles, then did 20 minutes of jump rope inside.
I’m glad I headed back when I did because it started really storming!
Breakfast
I know, I know… I’m getting obsessed. But really, smoothies are just so good and I like getting my vegan protein in again… I missed it ![]()
Since I opened the pumpkin yesterday, I decided to put it to work in my smoothie.
Into the bullet:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Sunwarrior chocolate protein
1 tbsp flax meal
1/2 cup Kefir
1/2 cup organic pumpkin
Handful of kale
Delish!
I’m off to work… brought another yogurt bowl/veggie and hummus combo for lunch.. I’m getting boring again :/
Time to switch that up tomorrow!!
