Yesterday I got home to this lil bundle of joy…
All sacked out and ready for bed
And yes, that is his beer box… and yea, it’s ten sizes too small for him, but hey, it makes it work!
I ended up doing 40 minutes of Pilates when I got home because I was really anxious to try out my new DVDs that came in the mail the other day. I must say, Mari Winsor sure does know her Pilates! I did her legs workout and was shaking towards the end!
After that I inhaled 1/2 a cantaloupe before heading to the pool for a couple of hours with my Mom and Sis.
Too cold for me to swim though I think I made it into the water once this whole summer… progress?? haha
I noticed that the lifeguards were all wearing either sweatpants or sweatshirts… which made me realize that summer is basically over. As much as I love the warm weather, I must say, I am happy that fall is just around the corner.

I pretty much live in sweatpants in the colder months… since I usually dress up for work (ex: tights and scandalous dresses – it’s all good I work for a party planning company ) I take the weekend to wear sweats.
But that’s pretty much what I do now anyways… haha been wearing my yoga pants all summer long!
This morning I woke up on time!! Woohoo!!
I ended up running 3 miles because it was so nice out Then did some Pilates Abs.. I’m obsessed… I really forgot how much I like Pilates better than strength training.
Into the mix: Strawberry Cho + Chia seeds, and a peach… I also had a spoonful of peanut butter
Off to work… hopefully I can finish up my Degrassi watching
