Apparently Isaac is coming our way this week… I’m hoping it won’t mess up my running schedule
Yesterday I would have gone to the pool (last day, booooo!) but I ended up wearing my yoga pants and a sweatshirt for a majority of the day, so the thought of being in my bikini pool side didn’t seem too appealing
I would definitely freeze my tush off.
Instead me and my Sister went on a mock run through of her drive to her school because she’s starting her student teaching today!!
She’s a smarty pants and wants to teach Biology (hence the reason we go on birding adventures ). It looks like a cute school!
After that we went over to the health food store where I picked up some goodies, and she bought a $100 honey comb haha jk, it was only $11. It was all natural honey from our area apparently.
She ended up talking to some woman who worked there about it, and keep in mind, I found her chatting up with this woman in a pink sweater, so naturally I thought she was just a crazy customer who knew a little too much about honey
But she worked there, so I guess she’s just a crazy lady who works there haha
Today I woke up on schedule… no dreams this time
I ended up making today my long run since it wasn’t raining like I was expecting. The next few mornings it seems like the weather might not be too great, so I’ll just see how it goes
I ended up running a little over 4 miles, and figure I’ll do some Pilates after work since the pool is no longer open
I’ve been craving many different things lately… buckwheat, waffles, tofu scrambles… but since I was pressed for time I figured a nice yogurt bowl would do the trick.
Funny how I’ve been craving warm foods for breakfast lately.. must be a sign that summer is really over

I’m off to work.. my last week before the new girl comes . Apparently she talks like a sailor too! Ugh! The list keeps on going!! haha
