One more day till Friday!
Today I woke up bright and early… on time too… and headed out for a quick run around the block. I took a different route today though which is always fun.
I knew yesterday that this morning I wanted to run. I ended up doing
After my run I did some Pilates! But what else is new?
I’m going to try to put together a list of my favorite Pilates moves at work today so be on the look out
Only this time I used a pineapple Chobani.. ran out of my vegan yogurt lol
So as I mentioned before I have never ran a race… well idk if I actually mentioned it haha but if I haven’t… it’s the truth In my attempts to get Miss Period back, the Doc told me to cut back on the running… which I have. But things are regular now (sorta haha) and I figure one 5k race won’t hurt me right???
What’s 3.1 miles
So me and my friend are in search for a 5k!! And she’s a slow runner which is perfect for me
So that’s what I’ll be doing today at work haha… we really want to do the color run, but sadly I think it passed already by me
But that’s ok, because I’m sure there are other races I can do here! Plus, she’s survived tough mudder, so I think she’s down for anything Crazy girl, tried to get me to do that race… I took one look at the website and ran away
