I’m taking off tomorrow to go shopping with my friend My boss is going to think I’m taking my Dad to his doctors appointment though Shhhh haha
Yesterday instead of cleaning my room, I chatted with my Little for an hour She’s in Kentucky now for an internship, so we caught up with her life and whatnot especially since it’s been forever since we really chatted on the phone. Last I heard from her it was when I was going through those awful stomach problems and since she’s Gluten free, she gave me huge tips and support.
She hasn’t been up north for a while lately, so she told me how much nicer the people down south are compared to those in this area. I completely agree… the New Jersey drivers have been crazy on my commute to work lately! I think it’s fall fever
Maybe they’re all rushing to buy the last bit of Trader Joe’s pumpkin yogurt….
Because this stuff is GLORIOUS!!!
Today it was just TOO cold. We don’t have heat yet in mi casa so I decided to stay inside for todays workout and hopped on the treadmill to walk. It was a nice change of pace since I’ve been running a little too much lately.
I think it’s because I’ve been stressing, but I need to remind myself to NOT use running as an escape haha cause that’s not always the best thing.
After my walk, I figured I’d switch things up again and lift some weights
Shocked? Well I am too. But I have decided to start doing some strength other than Pilates again. Nothing too crazy, I keep my weights light .
It was different, which I liked, I need to remember to switch things up more often haha

Bring on the hot oats
I’m slowly adding regular oats back into my diet to see how my body reacts to it… so far it’s alright haha
Into the mix: 1/3 cup oats, 1 tsp chia seeds, 1 scoop Sunwarrior vanilla protein, cinnamon, and blueberries. PB2 on top
