So before I left work yesterday I asked Mister Nice Pants if he had any tips on getting my internet to go faster again after the virus this weekend.
Oh boy, did he have tips.
Even down to the whole “I can hack into it from my home computer and check things out”.
Seeing as how I didn’t really want my boss to hack into my computer, I jotted down some notes to try it out on my own.
5 hours later, I was a giant ball of stress
But I must admit, I can now speak geek… and all things virus/spyware related.
I like to consider myself pretty computer savvy, but boy this was a whole new world for me! I was googling stuff like crazy on my phone! I then gave up after 4 hours in and texted Mister Nice Pants, who gave me more stuff to do.
Needless to say, it’s been a long night and things still aren’t normal I fear I might need to just buy a new computer… but I really don’t want to do that quite yet.
But before all this happened I stopped by Target and picked myself up some tea and these cute new slippers , so those kinda cheered me up, even though they are somewhat creepy haha

My goal for October is to decrease my running and increase my fats. So far it’s been good! Yesterday I did a 24 minutes HIIT run, which was different I figure if I can burn a lot in a shorter amount of time, it’ll hopefully keep everything in my body on track lol
So today I did another HIIT, 27 minutes. And if you’re wondering, yes the odd number IS bothering my OCD
But such is life.
After my 27 interval run, I decided to do some Pilates. I did strength training yesterday.. aka, I lifted some 5 pound weights , so today was Pilates.
I ended up doing 20 minutes, focusing on my abs and buttox haha
Love that word. Buttox. Funny to say.
I changed things up a bit because I wanted to try out my chocolate protein… and yea, I think I’ll stick to vanilla in the morning haha
Don’t judge me but I’ve been having a hard time eating enough calories lately. I’m not sure what it is… and it’s bad because I need to make sure I’m getting enough for Miss Period to stay in my life (lol). I find that when I’m stressed, even if I don’t realize it, I tend to get nauseous and not hungry.
Tsk, tsk, no bueno.
So basically, I’ve been overdosing on the nut butters.
Off to work I go… I’ll try to check in later, hopefully my computer will me back to normal!
