Hey hey hey!
Today on my schedule was a run day!
24 minutes of intervals—3 minute jog, 1 minute sprint for 6 rounds. It was good and I’m totally loving the HIIT running better now that it’s freezing in the mornings! Gets me home faster
It’s weird cutting back on my running, but I think my body is liking it. I mean, I’m not as awesome as some when it comes to my mileage (the most I’ve ran was 6 miles lol), but I must say, cutting back on what I was doing has definitely made a difference in my body.
And not to mention my sprints now make me look like a crazy person being chased
After my run I did some strength training moves. Woohoo! I’ve been pretty much just switching on and off with strength and Pilates… it works, so guess we’ll see how this new plan of attack is working body wise next Monday.
Nothing really new and exciting…. oh wait a second!
