I’ve been waiting for this day all week actually because I have plans to meet up with my best friend from college after work today—kinda excited because it’s been a while since we’ve seen each other.  Me and her were so close though out college that people actually thought we were sisters.  But since we both went to different grad schools, we kinda put our friendship on hold.

Sadness!

So we finally decided on a day and are both super excited about catching up And she’s not one to cancel like my other friend

Yesterday I finally got around to going to the health food store new me.  I’ve been slacking lately and basically fighting against going there because it’s on the other side of town and I just really hate making a left out of there haha

That’s all.. I just really don’t like the left hand turn and always get stuck at the light because it’s soooo busy. 

But yesterday I sucked it up and went… and I’m glad I did because I really did miss my flax lol

Oh flax meal, how I’ve missed you…

And yes… my name is Rachel and I hoard tea.

I’m obsessed with the gingerbread kind so I had to pick up another and the Sugar Plum Spice is JUST as addicting.  I had some when I got home

The other day I found something pretty tasty looking…

How good does that sound?! I’m not a huge junior mints fan but I do love peppermint I have a cookie recipe I’ve been dying to try out with these so I picked up 3 boxes.

Fingers crossed they turn out good!

Toy Story is on this weekend on ABC Family’s 25 Days of Christmas.  Not too Christmasey in my book but I’ll take it My friend sent me this yesterday and I cracked up…

How funny??? I never made that connection lol

My guess is it’s going to be another crazy day at work today with the phones.. we have a lil problem going on lol
